Obituary

Anne M. Bullard, 71 of County Rte 59 Dexter passed away Tuesday October 27th at 2:15 a.m. at Samaritan Medical Center. Anne was born August 5, 1944 in Watertown the daughter of Melvin and Marion Busto Weston. She attended Watertown Schools. Anne was married to Rick Morin and that marriage ended in divorce. She had a longtime companion Richard "Dick" Soluri who predeceased her. She later married Roy Bullard. Anne managed several restaurants including the Adams Hotel and she later owned and operated "Annie's Consignment Shop" in Tennessee. She later moved back to Dexter to be with her family and volunteered her time doing home health care with her daughter. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and loved collecting; especially purses. She is survived by her husband Roy, a son Charles "Ched" and Jennifer Weston of Dexter, three daughters: Mary and Scott LaSage of Dexter, Sandra "Sandy" and Dan Roshia of Watertown, Alice "Ali" Kerr and companion Brett Walker of Dexter, stepson Roy Bullard Jr. of Virginia, 2 brothers Melvin and Tammi Weston of Rochester, Edward Weston of Chaumont, 2 sisters Myrna "Mooch" and Albert Jobson of Dexter and Francis "Frank" Dashnaw of Peru, NY. She also has many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. She was predeceased by her parents, stepmother Elizabeth "Betty" Weston, a sister Mary Hamlin and brother Raymond Weston. A memorial service will be held Wednesday November 4th at 6:00 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with Rev. Donald Briant officiating. There will be no calling hours.
