Anne E. Livingston M.D. age 57 of Shady Shores Lane, Clayton; passed away at the family cottage Tuesday morning under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County. Anne was born September 5, 1955 in Watertown, the daughter of Dr. Harold and Mary Gill Livingston. She graduated from General Brown High School in 1973, Houghton College in 1977, Montana State University in 1980 with a Masters in Zoology, TA Math, SUNY Upstate Medical Center with a Medical Degree in 1984, SUNY Upstate Pediatrics Residency in 1987, SUNY Buffalo 1990 with Fellowship Allergy and Immunology. Anne practice as a Partner with Allergy and Asthma Diagnostic Office in Syracuse as an Allergy Specialist and retired in 2005 due to health. In 1991 Anne was co-founder of GROWLS (Golden Retriever Rescue Operated with Love) of Syracuse. The organization is now state wide. After her retirement she moved to Stockholm, Sweden until returning to N.Y. and her family cottage at Shady Shores Lane, Clayton in 2009. She is survived by her spouse Teri A. Vigars of Cross Lakes, mother, Mary G. Livingston of Clayton, brother H. Charles Livingston Jr. and wife Beth of Clayton, sister Kaye Studdert and husband Stuart of Parish, nephews Chad Studdert of Clayton, Alex Studdert of Central Square, H. Charles Livingston 111 and Noah Livingston of Clayton, nieces Elizabeth Thorndike and husband Rob of Avon, ME. , a great nice and great nephew. She was predeceased by her father Dr. Harold C. Livingston in 2002. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
