Arlene F. Rowe Parsons age 69 of Prospect St. Adams passed away Tuesday morning at 3:45 a.m. at her home under the care of her family and Hospice. Arlene was born August 22, 1945 in Watertown the daughter of George and Mary Alden Hasseler. She graduated from General Brown Central School. Roy Rowe April 16, 1965 and he passed away February 12, 1994. She married Robert Parsons on October 6, 1996. At one time she and her sister worked as private Home Healthcare Workers. She enjoyed painting pictures and was an avid wildlife watcher. Arlene is survived by her husband Robert and three sons and their spouses. Ricky and Amy Rowe of Dexter, Ron Rowe of Dexter and Richard "Ryan" and Eva Rowe of Dexter. Two stepsons: Sean and Jennifer Parsons of Sacramento, CA and Toby Parsons of Chicago IL. With several grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. She has two sisters: Anita Johnson of Watertown and Judy Hubbard of N. Carolina along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Conrad Hasseler and sisters Kathy Hasseler and Teresa Hasseler. Funeral services will be held Friday July 31st at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. Calling hours will also be Friday from 10-2:00 P.M.
