(315) 788-3351 Betty J. Repp, 74, of 544 LeRay St., Watertown, passed October 10, 2013 at the Samaritan Medical Center. She was born on December 15, 1938 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of Guy Hobbs and Gladys Schulver. Among her survivors are her son, Joseph R. Repp Jr., Watertown; three grandchildren, Guy, Joseph and John Repp; 4 great grandchildren; a sister, Catherine Hobbs, NC; a brother, Richard Hobbs, TX, several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Joseph R. Repp Sr. and two sons, Guy and John Repp all passed before her. Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown.
