Beverly A. Mason, Three Mile Bay Born February 5, 1933 to Frederick E. and Esther A. Gibson Huntington of Watertown. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1952. She married Oswald J. Mason on April 20, 1953 at Asbury Methodist Church, Watertown. The couple resided in Watertown before moving to Three Mile Bay in 1975. She was employed for a time at the New York Telephone Co. as a switchboard operator in Watertown. She was also the Postmaster Relief for the Three Mile Bay Post Office and a US Census taker in 1980 before becoming a homemaker. She was also a member of the Three Mile Bay Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband died January 26, 2004. She is survived by a sister, Barbara Mason of Carthage, a daughter, Deborah Mason of Princeton, LA., a son and daughter in law, Timothy & Jill Mason of Three Mile Bay, 4 grand children, 4 great grand children and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 120 Washington St., Watertown NY 13601 or the Three Mile Bay Fire Department, PO Box 419, Three Mile Bay NY 13693. Calling hours are 7 pm to 9 pm June 20, 2011 at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Burial at the convenience of the family.
