Brent A. Biedekapp, age 48 passed away Friday February 22 in Brownville. Brent was born May 18, 1964 in Watertown, the son of Malcomb and Sandra Wheeler Biedekapp. He graduated from Watertown High School and attended J.C.C. where he was active in soccer and baseball, then attended Cortland College. Brent was a coach for Dexter Little League Baseball for 10 years. He was a Union Electrician at Ft. Drum and a member of IBEW Local 910. He was also a member of 1st Presbyterian Church of Watertown. He married Kelly L. Berkman on April 11, 1992 in Watertown. He is survived by his wife Kelly, sons: Jace and Jory Biedekapp, his father Malcomb C. Biedekapp of Gulf Shores, Alabama, his maternal grandmother Ruth Wheeler of New Concord, Ohio, brothers and a sister: Terry and Aimee Biedekapp of Dexter, Jodi and Ryan Allen of Watertown, a sister-in-law Tammy Biedekapp , aunts: Jennie Biedekapp Smith of N.Y., Maggie Biedekapp of N.C.., uncles Tom Biedekapp of PA. and David DeKapp of Oregon, nieces and nephews. Kelly will hold a memorial service for Brent on Thursday 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Donations may be made to the General Brown Booster Club. The Biedekapp family will hold a memorial service on Friday 1:00 P.M. at the Airport Fellowship Church, Dexter. Donations may be made to the organization of one's choice.
