Bruce E. Coughlin, 82, of 755 E. Monroe St., Little Falls, NY, passed February 21, 2017 at the Alpine Rehabilitation Center where he had been a patient.

A Funeral Mass will be said 2 p.m. Friday, May 26 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Malone.  Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery.

Born on October 27, 1934 in Malone, NY, he graduated from Central City Business Institute in Syracuse.

He went on to work in Malone as a hotel clerk, bookkeeper for a local car dealership and bookkeeper for the Sherriff's Department in Franklin County for many years.  Following his retirement he moved to Watertown.

Among his survivors is a cousin, Robert Smith.
