Obituary

Carol "Terry" Warner, age 74 of County Rte 59 Dexter died Sunday afternoon at Samaritan Keep Home, Watertown. Terry was born June 4, 1935 in Moundsville, W. Virginia, the daughter of Charles and Margaret Echols Welch. She attended school in W. Virginia. Terry married George "Buster" Warner in 1951 and he died September 1982. They owned and operated Stumble Inn and later she owned the Village Pub in Dexter . She is survived by her companion David Peer of Watertown and children Rob and Sharon Warner of S. Carolina, Rick and Cindy Warner of Nevada, Ronnie and Shermie Warner of Dexter, Ray and Lori Warner of Dexter, Rex Warner of Watertown. She has several grandchildren and great grandchildren,nieces and nephews. Also surviving are stepdaughters Sheila Santiago, Shari Daniels, Sharlene Hall and Shana Peer all of Ohio. She was one of 9 children which included sisters Colleen, Beverly, Sally and Sharon and brothers Charles, Richard, William and Mark. A graveside service will be held Thursday 10:00 a.m. with Jim Davis of New Testament Fellowship Church of Watertown officiating. in N. Watertown Cemetery. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Donations may be made to Samaritan Keep Home.
