Charles L. Storrs, age 66 of Jensen Beach, Florida passed away June 4th while fishing near his home. Charles was born December 7, 1942 in Watertown, the son of Lawrence P. and Dorothy Chavoustie Storrs. He graduated from General Brown High School in 1962. He lived in Brownville for several years before moving to Jensen Beach, Florida. He worked several years at A. &P. Supermarket in Watertown and was currently working as a glass cutter and installer for SPS Hardware in Jensen Beach. He was an avid fisherman and fished everyday of the year. He is survived by his brother Larry B. Storrs of Dexter and his brother and sister-in-law James F. and Linda Storrs of Brownville, N.Y. and nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents and a brother Frederick L. Storrs. Funeral services will be Monday June 15th at 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with Rev. Patti Walz, pastor of Brownville United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday June 14th from 5-8 P.M. Donations may be made to Brownville Fire Dept.
