Clifton G. LaLone Jr., age 63 of Middle Rd. Dexter, passed away at Samaritan Medical Center Sunday morning. Clifton was born January 10, 1948 in Watertown, the son of Clifton and Gladys Wilton LaLone Sr.. He attended General Brown High School. Clifton married Laurel Heath on July 14, 1979 at Dexter United Methodist Church. He worked at Taylor Concrete and later at Northern Fire Equipment where he refurbished Fire Trucks until ill health forced him to retire. Clifton is survived by his wife Laurel, his mother Gladys LaLone of Dexter, and four children: Mrs. Thomas April Bartram of Watertown, Heath A. LaLone of Dexter, Kathy Tyler of Watertown and Elizabeth LaLone of Barnes Corners. Sisters Mrs. Richard Pamela Bowman of Florida and Marie LaLone of Madrid and five grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. A graveside service will be held Friday 1:00 P.M. at Dexter Cemetery . There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.
