Cynthia Shaw, age 58 of Watertown, formerly of Brownville, passed away Monday evening at Samaritan Keep Home. Cynthia was born November 30, 1958 in Albany, NY the daughter of Robert and Olive "Sally" Fountain Shaw. She graduated from General Brown High School in 1976. She attended JCC and Plattsburgh University. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Brownville, and Historical Society of Watertown. Cynthia volunteered at Impossible Dream in Watertown and was active at PBS Television in Watertown. She is survived by her mother Olive of Watertown and a sister Sharon and Edward Bauer of Bradford, Illinois. She also has two nieces: Carrie Bell and Heather Bauer. A nephew Mark Bauer and two great nephews William and Brian Bell She was predeceased by her father Robert and a brother Richard. At the family's request there will be no calling hours or funeral.
