Dianne B. Brow, 55, of 17481 US Rt. 11, Watertown, passed July 8, 2016 at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 12 at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown. A calling hour will precede the service on Tuesday, Noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at N. Watertown Cemetery. Born on October 14, 1960 in Carthage, NY, daughter of of Robert E. and Edna M. (Weaver) Brow, she attended Carthage High School. She was a homemaker and worked at Marra's Home Care as a home health aide for many years before retiring due to health issues. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, puzzles and fishing. Among her survivors are a son and his fiance, Justin Benjamin and Mary McIntyre, Watertown; a granddaughter, Kendra Mae Bel Benjamin and a granddaughter on the way, Haylee Benjamin; her companion, Thomas Davis; a step son, Joey Davis; five sisters and two brothers in law, Sandra R. Brow, Carthage, JoAnne and Buck Petrie, Watertown, Cathy La Rock, Massena, Betty and Jim Taylor, Kentucky, Nancy Resigner, Watertown; two brothers, Clifford Brow, Watertown and Thomas Brow, NY; several nieces and nephews.
