Donna M. Cloe, 69, of 29882 NYS Rt. 3, Black River, passed Thursday, March 26 at the Jefferson County Hospice Residence.

There will be no calling hours.  Donna will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Dexter at a later date.

Arrangements are with the Bruce Funeral Home, Black River.

Born on October 25, 1945 in Canton, NY, the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Nyhan Cloe, she graduated from Carthage Central High School in 1964.

She worked at Watertown Linen as a supervisor for thirty one years, Fast Lube, and she and Donna Bourcy owned and operated a cleaning service in Jefferson County from 2000 to 2015.

She enjoyed fishing, gardening and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Dexter.

Among her survivors are her longtime companion, Donna Bourcy, Black River; an aunt, Mary Boileau, VA; a brother and sister in law, William and Tammy Cloe, Denmark, NY; three sisters and a brother in law, Frances House, NC, Linda Rogers, Watertown, Cindy and Tom Ossola, Watertown; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A brother, Richard Cloe passed before her.
