Donna K. Pratt went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 7, 2014. Donna was born in Gouverneur, N.Y. to parents Wilbur and Lucille Pritty. Donna retired from the Jefferson County Office for the Aging. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, cooking for family and friends, reminiscing about the past, telling stories and shopping. She could never turn down a lively game of Sequence. One day in 1997 while visiting family in Hawaii, her grandson Tony asked her if she was the Queen, and from then on she was. Her family, friends, and neighbors at the Summitt Village all acknowledged that she was, indeed the Queen. She is survived by daughters Kathy House (fiance' Luis Elias) of Port St. Lucie, FL; Corrine (Stephen) Jon of Pillar Point, N.Y., Lori (John) Briski of Keaau, HI; Jennifer (Marc) Baum of Manlius, N.Y.; a son Merle (Barb) Boulton of Sackets Harbor, N.Y.; a stepson Brad (Shelly) Pratt of Harrisville, N.Y.' grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sister Margaret Felix of Zephyr Hills, FL; sisters in law Margo Pritty and Elva Pritty, many nieces and nephews, and her dear friend Bonnie Sloan. She was predeceased by her parents, sisters Dorothy, Mary and Mildred; brothers Milo and James; grandson Joshua and husband Argel Pratt. Calling hours will be held at Johnson Funeral Home in Dexter, N.Y. on Tuesday, August 12th from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. A memorial service will be held at Faith Fellowship Church in Watertown on Wednesday August 13th at 11:00 a.m. A celebration of Donna's life will be held at the Summitt Village conference room on Wednesday August 13th from 2-4 P.M. There will be a private burial.
