Doris E. Hall, 83 of County Rte 59 Dexter passed away Saturday morning at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.
Doris was born January 16, 1933 in Watertown, the daughter of Jeremiah and Rosina Bush Pharoah. She was educated in Watertown Schools. Doris Married Howard E. Hall on June 2, 1951 at the United Methodist Church in Philadelphia, NY. The couple lived in Pamelia and later Dexter.
She loved everyone and was always willing to help others. She enjoyed gardening and bird watching.
She is survived by the following children and their spouses: Bruce and Linda Hall of Theresa, Cindy Maitland of Dexter, Donna Perrin of Waycross, Georgia, Kim and Alan Snyder of Waycross, Georgia, Judy and Dennis Petrus of Barnes Corners, Jody Hall of New Jersey, Betty and Maurice Canaan of Dexter and Kelly LaRose of Dexter. She has 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, sisters Sonja Rutherford of Smithville and Elsie Jobson of Pamelia along with several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Howard July 14, 1997, brothers: David "Joe" Pharoah, Jim Pharoah, and Sisters Thelma Flavin, Leta Goodridge, Mary Marino, Janie Monica and Rosie Letourneau.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 11th at 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Burial will be in Sanford Corners Cemetery, Calcium.
