Elizabeth A. Graves, 63, of 814 Academy St., Watertown, went to be with the Lord, October 7, 2017 while at her home where she was under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County and her loving family. A calling hour will be held 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12th  at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home 117 N. Massey St., Watertown.  A graveside service will follow at the N. Watertown Cemetery. She was born on May 26, 1954 in Watertown, daughter of Melvin and Leona Powell Collins.  She graduated from Watertown High School and later took college courses online. Elizabeth married Russel D. Graves on May 27, 1970 in Watertown.  The couple resided in Watertown and then moved to California for ten years where her husband was a baker and she a homemaker.  The couple returned to Watertown for a short time before moving to Massena until 2003.  The couple once again returned to the Watertown area.  Her husband passed October 22, 2014. She enjoyed camping, traveling, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren. Among her survivors are three daughters and a son-in-law, Kelly J. Granger, DeFeriet, NY, Kristy K. Graves, Watertown, NY, Jennifer L. and Gary Crump, Lawrenceville, NY, 8 grandchildren, Erin Graves, Brandon Graves, Dustin Graves, Zian Collins, Mykal Granger, Cheyanne Graves, Siaunna Garcia and Journie Graves, 3 siblings Bob Collins, Melvin Collins, and Tanya Collins, and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased a daughter, Rebecca Colburn and a grandson, Zavier Colburn, 2 siblings, her sister Terry Graves and her brother Pat Collins.
