Elizabeth Brooke Medina, 47, of 9940 A Saratoga Road, Fort Drum, NY passed June 24, 2015 at her home.

Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 2nd at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home 117 N. Massey St., Watertown.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, July 5th at Twin Lights Lighthouse in Highlands, NJ with military honors.

Born on May 11, 1968 in Highlands, NJ, daughter of Bernard and Joan Creighton, she graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School in Red Bank, NJ. Following school she attended beauty school and worked as a hairdresser and manicurist before entering the US Army.

She married Elias Medina of California on November 20, 2000 and the marriage was blessed on June 9, 2001 at Twin Lights Lighthouse in Highlands, NJ.

She has been an excellent homemaker, loved raising her children and endured five war zone deployments.  She was an excellent friend, very spiritual Episcopalian, member of the Evans Mills Episcopal Church and enjoyed expressing her Christianity.

On June 11th she graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Education.

Among her survivors are her loving and devoted husband, Elias Medina, Fort Drum; and her beautiful children, daughter, Olivia Medina and a son, Gabriel Medina; her mother, Joan Creighton; stepmother, Janice Creighton; three brothers and two sisters in law, Kevin and Karen Creighton, CA, Adam Creighton, CA, David and Samantha Creighton, Beacon, NY; several nieces and nephews.
