WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Elva Ann Peckham, 80, of 803 Holcomb St., Watertown, NY, passed Wednesday, Nov. 11, at her home where she was under the care of Hospice of Jefferson County. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. She was born Jan. 14, 1935, in Utica, NY, a daughter of the late Charles A. and Agnes M. Kreber Peckham. Among her survivors are four brothers and three sisters in law, John R. Peckham, Brownville, Charles J. and Debra Peckham, Delmar, CA, Norman F. and Sharon Peckham, Dexter, David A.  and Jan Peckham, Webster, NY; three sisters, Lois A. Goode, San Diego, CA, June E. Reason and Mary G. Bibey, both of Watertown; several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Eugene C. and Paul F. Peckham, died before her.
