Ephraim Bellinger, age 96 of Old Town Springs Rd., Chaumont passed away at 11:45 P.M. Sunday at Samaritan Medical Center. He had been a patient since December 12th. Mr. Bellinger was born April 3, 1912 in Three Mile Bay. He was the son of Hiram and Elizabeth Kent Bellinger. He attended school in Three Mile Bay. He owned and operated a farm on Fox Creek Rd. in Cape Vincent for several years and worked at NY AirBrake as a machinist. He retired in 1977. He never married. He is survived by distant cousins. He was predeceased by brothers Robert and David Bellinger and a sister Evelyn Horne. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3:00 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Pierce of Three Mile Bay Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Three Mile Bay Cemetery in the spring. There are No calling hours.
