Fern I. McIntosh, age 67 of Sterling St., Dexter passed away at her home Sunday evening. She was born July 2, 1939 in Philadelphia, N.Y. the daughter of Neil and Isabelle Secor Adams. She attended school in Dexter. She married Frederick McIntosh on July 18, 1957 in Dexter. Mr. Adams died January 10, 1984. Fern was a housewife and mother. She is survived by the following sons- Willis and Julie McIntosh of Dexter, Eugene McIntosh of Dexter, Roger and Dorry McIntosh of Dexter, Ray McIntosh of Chaumont, and Roy and Christine McIntosh of Dexter. She also has eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and brothers Lawrence Adams of Dexter, Ralph Adams of Maryland, Bruce Adams of Watertown and a sister Mrs. Dick Patricia Alboro of Brownville , nieces and nephews surviving. Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with the Rev. Stan Gillcash, pastor of New Hope Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9. Donations may be made to Dexter Fire Dept. and Ambulance Fund.
