Francis "Frank" J. Lehman age 61 of the #4 Road, Lowville passed away after suffering a heart attack at Lewis County General Hospital Monday. Frank was born March 9, 1957 in Syracuse.  He was the adopted son of Milton and Ellen Roggie Lehman.  He attended school in Beaver River.  He worked construction in Florida and New York until becoming disabled. A marriage ended in divorce. He is survived by his adopted mother Ellen Minor of Dexter and two sisters: Victoria Lehman of North Carolina and Cynthia Schneider of Lowville. A brother Richard Lehman predeceased him. A memorial service will be held Saturday September 15 ^th at 11:00 am at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with Rev, Wayne Storey officiating.
