Obituary

Gail E. Dundon, age 67 of Brownville, died Monday morning at 8:50 am at the home of her daughter. She had been under the care of her family and Hospice of Jefferson County. She was born April 22, 1939 in Watertown. She was the daughter of Alfred C. and Marion Valin Fitzpatrick. She graduated from IHA High School in Watertown. She married Glenn E. "Bud" Dundon on April 20, 1963. She was a receptionist for Dr. Ray and Dr. Robinson, then worked at Seaway Motors and was co-owner of Dundee's Bar in Brownville with her husband Bud. Glenn passed away September 24, 2003. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Brownville Legion Auxiliary, Beta Sigma Pi Sorority and enjoyed quilting, garage sales and spending time at her summer cottage. She is survived by a son Greg E. Dundon of Brownville and two daughters, Ginnie E. Savage and her companion Andrew Gray of Dexter and Mrs. David Lesley "Doll" Crawford of Brownville. She has 3 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother who died at birth and a sister Anne Pearson. Funeral services will be 11:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Brownville on Thursday with Fr. Kevin O'Brien officiating. Burial will be in Brownville Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5-9 pm Wednesday at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County.
