George P. Hasner, 70 years, of Three Mile Bay, passed away on Friday August 11, 2017 at Samaritan Medical Center. George was born July 15, 1947 in Watertown, the son of George H. and Dorothy Paul Hasner.  He graduated from General Brown High School. George was a Civil Engineer working for the NYSDOT in Watertown and following retirement continued to work as a consultant until his health failed. He was a member of the Watertown Elks Club and enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing golf. George married Carol A. Harvey on January 31, 1970. He is survived by his wife Carol and a daughter Michele M. (James) Griffin of Bensalem, PA.  He also has grandchildren including: Cameron P. Hasner, Chelsea A. Hasner, Cordell W. Smith and Cheyenne P. Smith.  Great grandchildren include: Jayden T. Hasner, Finleigh G. Hasner and Kinsley R. Hasner.  His brother Alvin Hasner of Dexter also survives.
