Jazzmin Eva Miles, infant child of Travis Miles and Keri Chubb of Dexter passed away Tuesday at Crouse Irving Hospital, Syracuse. Jazzmin is survived by her parents, paternal grandparents Ronnie and Jane Adams of Dexter, Bernard Miles of Sackets Harbor, maternal grandparents Tony and Michelle LaBrake of Dexter and Burt Chubb of Glenfield. She was predeceased by her twin Eva Amore Mile in January. A funeral service will be held Friday 5:00 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Burial will be in Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
