Jennifer J. Blackwell, 59 of County Rte 54 Chaumont, passed away Friday morning at Hospice at Ellis Farm in Watertown. Jennifer was born August 31, 1956 in Watertown the daughter of Richard and Darle Bertrand Miller. She graduated from Watertown High School. A marriage to Earl Blackwell ended in divorce. She is survived by her mother Darle Miller of Chaumont, a daughter Deanna Phillips of Dexter, and a daughter Jamie Blackwell address unknown and numerous grandchildren. She also has sisters Donna Sullivan of Hawaii, Sue Lucidi of Chaumont, Jackie Miller - Burdick of Watertown and two brothers Lon Miller of Adams and Alan Miller of Rochester. There will be no calling hours or funeral. A private service will be at the family convenience. Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter is in charge of arrangements.
