Jerome "Jerry" Stanley, 63, of 610 Meade St., Watertown, passed December 23, 2014 at the Samaritan Medical Center.

Born on August 21, 1951 in Herkimer, NY, son of Jerome and Ruth May Oviatt Stanley, he graduated from Herkimer High School in 1968. Following school he moved to Watertown.

He married Katherine M. Cousins on May 21, 1986 in Watertown.

Mr. Stanley was a cook and kitchen attendant at the Black River valley Club for several years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and having fun with friends.

Among his survivors are his wife, Katherine M. Stanley; three sons and a daughter in law, James and Amber Stanley, Adam Rexford, Lloyd Rexford; five daughters and three sons in law, Rebecca Webb, Stacey Neely, Brandy and Tom Reid, Judy and Perry Fry, Candy and Roy Guilder, all of Watertown; nine sisters and seven brothers in law, Carolyn and Earl Graves, Ruth Schoff, Sharon Davis, Dorthea Stanley and Ralph Marilley, Robin and Wayne Zantzi, Lillian and William Fazekas, Tammy and Shane, Kim and Dale Moran, Melissa and Dale Holton; six brothers and four sisters in law, Steven and Janet Stanley, Lewis Stanley, Kenneth Stanley, Terry and Lisa Stanley, Arthur and Penny Stanley, Jamie and Brenda Stanley, 23 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, a sister, Diane Cox and two brothers, Tommy and James Stanley passed before him.

A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, December 27th at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Jeffrey E. Smith, Senior Pastor officiating.
