Obituary

WATERTOWN, N.Y.  —  Kay M. Perry, 77, of Watertown, passed May 9, 2017, at Samaritan Medical Center. There will be no calling hours or funeral service at this time. Arrangements are with Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown. Born Aug. 20, 1939, in Malone, NY, the daughter of Marshall and Mildred Howard Jones, she graduated from Watertown High School. She married Gerald R. Perry Sr., on Aug. 15, 1962. The marriage ended in divorce in 1978. Ms. Perry retired from Hrabchak, Gebo & Langone , P.C. in Watertown where she worked as a paralegal for several years. She was a member of the Whitney-Hungerford NY Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of 1812 and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolutionary War.  She was an avid artist and enjoyed genealogy. Among her survivors are two sons, Gerald Richard "Rick" Perry Jr. and his fiancée Jill Abel, Merritt Island, FL, Kenneth R. Perry, Windermere, FL; two grandsons, Christopher and Brian Perry; a granddaughter, Kathleen Perry; three great grandchildren, Zoey, Grace and Calleigh ; several nieces and nephews. A granddaughter, Ashley Perry; a sister, Margaret Monger, and a brother, Francis Jones, all died before her.
