Kevin P. Young, 58, of 219 W. Lynde St., Watertown, passed November 18, 2014 at the Samaritan Medical Center.

A graveside service with military honors will be at Sanford Corners Cemetery in the spring.

Born on January 31, 1956 in Watertown, NY son of Clarence P. and Margaret A. O'Hara Young, he attended Watertown High School.

Following school he entered the US Army on June 30, 1974 and was honorably discharged on May 24, 1977.

Kevin drove tractor trailers all over the United States throughout his career.   For the past three years he worked for Billy Wilcox Trucking Co. in Watertown.

He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Among his survivors are three daughters, Stacy Carter, Copenhagen, Caitlyn Roser, Binghamton, Allison Young, NJ; six sons, Kevin Young, Huntsville, Alabama, Patrick Young, Brownville, Travis Collins, Sandy Creek, Edison Young, Brownville, Bill Young, OK, Kevin P. Young Jr., NJ; four sisters and three brothers in law, Sharon A. and Robert L. Marshall, E. Syracuse, NY, Karen M. and Donald E. Hall, Liverpool, Donna L. and Stanley W LaSage, Brownville, Dorinda L. Stickel and her companion Kevin Brouse, Watertown; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
