Lansing A. Young Jr., 66, of 31600 County Rt. 143 Black River, passed July 4, 2014 at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. The funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 9 at the Bruce Funeral Home, Black River. Burial will follow with military honors at the Black River Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday, July 8 at the funeral home.
