Leona E. Eassa, 92 of Watertown passed away Wednesday morning at the Samaritan Keep Home where she had been a resident since May 2013. Leona was born April 9, 1925 in Sackets Harbor, the daughter of Walter and Ida Weaver Sorrell. She attended Holy Family School and graduated from Watertown High School. She married James Eassa in 1973. Leona owned and operated Eassa Tourist Home, called the Kozy Inn, for over 40 years in Watertown. She is survived by a nephew Walter Weaver of St. Petersburg, Florida and friends Jeannene and Tim O'Neil of Laurel, Maryland. A graveside service will be held Saturday September 24, at 1:00 P.M at the Dexter Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.
