Lori K. Gambon, age 52 formerly of Bridgeport, N.Y. died Sunday evening at Stonehenge Nursing Home, Chittenango. She had been in a coma since 2001 when she became a patient there. She was born October 25, 1954 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida the daughter of Howard T. and Kay K. Knight Gambon... She graduated from Wagoner High School in Staten Island, N.Y. She was a housewife and moved to the Bridgeport area in the early 1990's. She is survived by her mother Kay Gambon of Staten Island and the following children- Thomas Contino and Joseph Frank both of Summerville, South Carolina, John Frank of Staten Island and Emily Fizgerald of Syracuse. She also has brothers George and Renee'Gambon and Howard Gambon of Staten Island along with several nieces and nephews surviving. She was predeceased by her father and Brothers Morris and Tommy. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday 2:00 pm at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with Fr. Kevin O'Brien, pastor of Immaculate Conception Church, Brownville officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.
