Luanne M. Toutant, 59, of 24502 Waddingham Road, Evans Mills , passed September 22, 2017 at the Samaritan Medical Center.

Born on October 13, 1957 of Watertown, daughter of Andre and Arlene Verne Toutant, she graduated from Indian River High School.

She was the Town of LeRay Confidential Court Clerk for several years until she retired due to becoming ill.

Luanne loved spending time with her grandchildren and many loved ones.  She was always known for putting the needs and concerns of family and friends before her own.

Among her survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Peter J. and Amy M. Anderson and their children Carter and Mason of KY, her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer M. and Dallis J. Helmer and their children, Olivia, Taylor, Morgan and Charlotte of KY. Her beloved father, Andre Toutant., Evans Mills, two brothers and their wives, Andre and Paula Toutant Jr., Evans Mills, Matt and Debbie Toutant, Watertown, a sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Edward Kidder, Watertown, several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 26th at the Sacred Heart Church 320 West Lynde St., Watertown .  Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tues., 9:30 to 10 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
