E. Lucille LaRose, age 93 of Evans Road. Dexter passed away Thursday morning April 3, 2014 at Samaritan Medical Center where she had been admitted on March 28th. Lucille was born August 31, 1920 in Oneida, N.Y. the daughter of Peter and Lottie Manosh Fostin. She graduated from Brownville-Glen Park High School. She married Orville LaRose on June 29, 1946 at Immaculate Conception Church in Brownville. Lucille was a librarian at the Brownville-Glen Park Public Library for many years. She is survived by her daughter Mrs. Frank (Candace) Wilde of Dexter and four grandchildren and several great grandchildren . She has a sister Gloria Hare of Auburn and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Orville in 1995 and her son Orville3rd (Buzz) LaRose in 1991. Also brothers Leonard and Lawrence Fostin also are predeceased. A private graveside service will be held at Brownville Cemetery at a later date. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to the Samaritan Keep Nursing Home Memorial Fund.
