Marion E. Zuzula passed away on Monday, October 29 at her home with her family at her side. She was born July 9, 1929 in Watertown, a daughter of Stanley C. and Emma J. Fulmer Peer. She was predeceased in death by her husband of 59 years, John J. (Jack) Zuzula, her parents, Stanley and Emma, brothers A.R. (Joe) Peer, Stanley C. Peer, and sisters Mabel Boratynski, Ruth McWayne, Lillian Slate and Marjorie Butler. Surviving are her daughters, Mrs. David Kendra Kohl, Blacksburg, VA., Mary Z. Lawrence of Adams, a sister Frieda Graves of Watertown, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was graduated from Sackets Harbor Central School in 1947. Before her marriage she worked for the Agricultural Insurance Co. in Watertown. In later years she was employed at the Fuel and Supply Company, Sackets Harbor as a bookkeeper, Hounsfield Central School as a cashier in the cafeteria and as an Avon representative for over 40 years. Calling hours will be Friday November 2nd at the Johnson Funeral Home from 7-9 P.M. A funeral service will be Saturday Nov. 3rd at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Leon VanWie officiating.
