Nancy A. Pound, age 69 of 3810 Lighthouse Rd. Henderson, passed away Wednesday evening under the care of her husband, son, sisters and Hospice of Jefferson County. Nancy was born February 21, 1941 in Carthage, the daughter of Angelo and Rose Genito Vespa. She graduated from Immaculate Heart Academy in Watertown. Nancy married George G. Pound on September 3, 1966 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Watertown. The couple lived in Watertown and moved to Henderson six years ago. Nancy was a librarian for Microsoft Computers at Ft. Drum. She is survived by her husband George, a son Gregg M. Pound of Watertown and was one of four brothers and five sisters. She also has several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are with Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. She will be cremated and a memorial mass will be scheduled for a later date.
