Natasha U. S. Cobb-Kim, 43, of 9734 B Washington Loop Watertown, passed August 11, 2014 at the Samaritan Medical Center. She was born on January 30, 1971 in Oahu, HI, daughter of Rodney and Paullete Kim Sr. She graduated from Farrington High School in Oahu, HI in 1989.  She was a self employed cake decorator in Hawaii.  She met her husband while he was stationed with the US Army in Oahu, HI.  The couple married on October 30, 2011 and moved to Fort Drum in January of 2012. She enjoyed couponing, making gift baskets, cooking, baking and decorating cakes and was always extending her generosity to others. Surviving besides her parents are her loving husband, Donald H. Cobb, Fort Drum; two sons, Brandon Lee Foster, Oahu, HI, Billy Charles James Cobb, Fort Drum; two brothers and a sister in law, Rodney and Patricia Kim Jr., Damien Kim; two sisters and a brother in law, Haunani and Jason Sniffen and Dana Hegwood, all of Oahu, HI; several nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to the Children's Home of Jefferson County 253 State St., Watertown, NY 13601. Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown.  There will be no calling hours or funeral service.  She will be cremated and all service will be held in Oahu, HI.
