Raymond A. Adams, age 83 of County Rte. 59, Dexter passed away at his home Wednesday evening. Raymond was born August 22, 1930 in Watertown the son of Raymond and Helaine Bisonett Adams. He graduated from Watertown High School and served in the Army from 1948 until discharged in 1956. A marriage to Alice Richards ended in divorce. Raymond owned and operated a dairy farm on Pillar Point. He is survived by the following children: Wanda and Cameron Doner of Zephyr Hills, Florida, Jeffrey and Karen Adams of Wamego, Kansa, John and Julie Adams of Vancouver, Washington and Barry Adams of Dexter. He has 10 grandchildren. Two brothers Wesley Adams of Theresa and David Adams of Copenhagen and a sister Marion McNamara of Delaware also survive. A memorial service will be held Saturday October 12th at 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
