Regina D. Booth, 83, of 475 Bay St., Cape Vincent, passed November 10, 2015 at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2015 @ 12:30pm at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown.  Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery. Born on September 27, 1932 in Queens, NY, daughter of Phillip H. and F. Edna (Smith) Carroll, she graduated from Brooklyn High School. Following school she worked at the Brooklyn Navy Yard where she met Robert Henry Booth, of Watertown.  Mr. Booth was serving in the US Naval Reserves and Marine Corps at the time.  They were married on August 21, 1954 in Brooklyn.  The couple moved to Watertown where she worked at Empsall's Plaza and Barbara Moss in sales.  She also enjoyed sewing, puzzles, solitaire and going to yard sales. Mr.Booth worked for the NYS Department of Transportation, he passed in 1977. Among her survivors are two sons and a daughter in law, Michael and Lucy Booth, Watertown, Robert W. Booth, Vacaville, CA; a son in law, Jerry Shattuck, Carthage, NY; two sisters, Velma M. Lambert and Bernadette L. Gaul, Delaware; six grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Regina is predeceased by her daughter, Regina Laurie Shattuck who died on August 17, 2015 and both a sister F. Edna Carrol Downs and a brother Phillip Francis Carroll.
