Richard D. Vine, 70, formerly of Adams Center passed away February 12, 2016 at his winter home in Tavares, FL.

A graveside service with military honors will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25 at the Black River Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will follow the service at the family home located at 13530 North St., Adams Center.

Mr. Vine is survived by his wife, Kathleen M. Flint Vine and their children and their spouses; Dora and Kenneth Stevens of Adams Center, NY, Donna and Andrew St. Laurent of Woodbridge, VA, and Douglas and Allison Vine of Schenectady, NY.

Arrangements are with the Bruce Funeral Home, Black River.
