Robert M. Barker Jr., age 57 of Watertown died Tuesday evening at Rochester General Hospital following surgery. Robert was born July 22, 1953 in Watertown, the son of Robert and Audrey Kizzer Barker Sr. He graduated from General Brown High School in 1972. Robert was Track Foreman for CSX Railroad of Watertown . He was a member of Teamsters Local 910 and Union Representative for CSX, he was also a member of Vicious Circle Motorcycle Club and the Dexter Derelics. He married Denise A. Dunn on July 26, 2008 in Watertown. He is survived by his wife Denise, children Judd Barker of Canastota and Sarah Barker of Watertown, his mother Audrey Barker of Brownville, five stepchildren, eight grandchildren, one great granddaughter, sisters Sandra and Sheridan Goutermout of Copenhagen, Julie and Terry McKinne of Wood Lake, California, Ruth and Ian Bagley of Cortland, brother Thomas and Sarah Barker of Brownville, and uncle Robert Kizzer of Watertown and an Aunt Rita Kizzer of Brownville, nieces, nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter with retired Rev. Hami Khoury officiating. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or the Brownville 1st Responders.
