Ronald Joseph Bryant, 55, of 314 Winslow St., Watertown, passed Friday, January 17 at the Samaritan Medical Center surrounded by family and friends.

Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown. There will be no calling hours or funeral service. A memorial service will take place at a later date.

Born on October 13, 1958 in Philadelphia, PA, son of Joseph Bryant and Pearl Harris, he graduated from Overbrooke High School. He later received his associates degree from Philadelphia Community College.

Ronald retired after several years from The Pentagon where he was a Civil Servant Employee.

He was a culinary connoisseur, delighted himself in family gatherings and loved to travel. He leaves behind countless friends and family members who will eternally miss his sense of humor, words of wisdom, witty banter, and delicious cooking.

He is survived by his loving and devoted partner of 23 years, Gary Robinson, Watertown; a daughter, Chekesha Bryant, Philadelphia, PA; four brothers and three sisters in law, Robert and Lanore Bryant, Toms River, NJ, his twin brother, Roy Bryant, Watertown, Richard and Donna Bryant, Watertown, Russell Bryant, Philadelphia, PA; three sisters and two brothers in law, Judy and Burrell Boone, Philadelphia, PA, Nancy Bryant, Philadelphia, PA, Rene and David Martin, Atlanta, GA; nieces, Turquoise, Pearl, Renee and Hope who held a very special place in his heart and several more nieces and nephews who he loved as well.

A brother, Raymond Bryant died before him.
