Ross S. Peterson, 48, of 105 Washington St., Watertown, passed February 25, 2014 at his home.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28 at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home.

The burial will be in the spring at the N. Watertown Cemetery.

Born on May 29, 1965, son of Ross A. and Margaret Helmer Peterson, he attended Watertown High School.

Mr. Peterson worked various jobs in the Watertown area before becoming disabled. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.

He married Peggy A. Parker on August 18, 1995 in Watertown.

Surviving besides his wife are his son, Joshua Lafer, Watertown; two brothers, Donald Barrigar, Syracuse, Chris Barrigar, Sandy Creek; a sister, Lisa, PA; several nieces and nephews.

A brother, Lloyd Barrigar passed before him.
