Roy L. Goodrich, 76, of Watertown, NY, passed away peacefully at his home on November 12, 2025.

Roy was born on October 1, 1949, in Sidney, New York, the son of Walter and Dorothy (Howe) Goodrich. He graduated from high school in Tully, New York.  Roy worked for many years alongside his father, who owned and operated True Value Home Centers.  Later in his career, he became a software implementation specialist.

Roy loved woodworking and spent time restoring antique boats as well as designing and building custom furniture.

Roy is survived by his wife; Patricia A. Goodrich; two daughters Kelley (Travis) Heinz and Tammie (Jerry) Standford and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother Carl (Linda) Goodrich and his sister, Anita Hughes as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Roy is predeceased by his brother, Paul Goodrich.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home. There will be no services held at this time.
