Obituary

Sallie Lou O'Donnell, 64, of 835 Anne St., Watertown, passed June 2, 2014 at the Samaritan Medical Center.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 5 at the Bruce Funeral Home, Black River.

Burial will be in the Felts Mills Cemetery.

Born on April 10, 1950 in Watertown, NY, daughter of Harold B. and Ida May Payne Burnup, she graduated from Carthage Central School.

She worked at Northland Electric for thirteen years as a machine operator. She then graduated from Jefferson Community College with an Associates Degree in Business. In 1988, she went to work for the Watertown Correctional Facility as a secretary in the Parole Division, retiring in 2012.

She enjoyed sewing, swimming, playing cards and Yahtzee.

Among her survivors are three daughters and two sons-in-law, Dawn M. and Ronald J. Mack Jr., Felts Mills, Amy L. and Donald E. Beach Jr., Black River, Lisa A. Beach, Watertown; four grandchildren, Ashley Mack, Shawn Beach, Michael Beach Jr., Tyler Beach; two great grandchildren, Avery Beach, Jayce Henderson; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Steve Burnup, Arkansas, Stewart and Martha Burnup, VA; a sister and brother-in-law, Shellie and David Sullivan, Carthage, several nieces and nephews.
