Thomas H. McCartin, 53 of Watertown and formerly of Brownville passed away Friday evening at Samaritan Medical Center. Thomas was born April 27, 1964 in Watertown the son of Hubert and June Rockwood McCartin. He attended General Brown High School.  At the age of 13 he was in a snowmobile accident which caused him to become disabled. He is survived by his mother June McCartin of Brownville; two sisters: Kimberly McCartin of Calera, Alabama and Kelli LaClair of Theresa, NY.  He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 3 ^rd at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter at 6 PM.  Calling hours will be from 4-6 PM prior to the service.  Burial will be in Brownville Cemetery in the spring.  Donations may be made to the DPAO 617 Davidson St. Watertown, NY 13601 or the charity of one's choice.  Online condolences may be made at dexterfuneralhome.com.
