Toni Christine Rowland, 61, of 14954 County Rt. 156 Waterown, passed October 10, 2016 at the Samaritan Medical Center. Calling hours will be 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, October 14 at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown.  Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery. A celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 15 from 1 to 6 p.m. at Tom & Jerry's in DeFeriet. Born on February 27, 1955 in Watertown, daughter of Anthony and Carrie S. (Adsit) Pacella, she attended Watertown Schools. She married Phillip Rowland on April 12, 1971, the marriage ended in divorce. She later resided with her companion of fifteen years, Phillip Mono Sr., he passed in 2010. Toni worked at Waite Toyota in Watertown for eight years, retiring in October 2015 after being diagnosed with ALS in 2014. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, gardening and spending time with her family. Among her survivors are five daughters, Christa Woodward, Carthage, Sarah Woodward, Glenfield, Alicia Mono and her companion, Michael Dufresne, Watertown, Temple Chrzaszcz, Rodman, Brandie Mono, Binghamton; a son and daughter in law, Phillip and Angela Mono Jr., Watertown; 8 grandchildren, Dillon, Erica, Brodie, Rebecca, Rachael, Russell, Isabel, and Ayden; a great grandchild, Nolan and a great grandchild on the way; a sister and brother in law, Anne and Pete Collette, DeFeriet; two brothers and their wives, Rick and Barb Pacella, AZ, James and Sue Pacella, VA; several nieces and nephews.
