Vernon M. Allen, 94, a resident at the Samaritan Summit Village passed November 26, 2017. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the St. Joseph's Cemetery in Malone, NY.  Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, Watertown.
