Warren J. Richardson, 79, of Dexter passed away Monday at the Ellis Farm Hospice Facility in Watertown. Warren was born on July 18, 1934 in the Town of Hounsfield, the son of Ivan and Edith L. Cooper Richardson. He graduated from Dexter High School. After school he entered the army in 1954. He married Eileen B. Eveleigh on August 17, 1958 at the Dexter United Methodist Church. Warren was a dairy farmer on Pillar point. Warren was a founding member of the Pillar Point Fire Department. He held several positions including Treasurer, EMT and Fire Police. He is survived by his daughter Denise Richardson, Dexter and a son Stephen ( Jane ) Richardson , Great Bend. His grandchildren Stephen T. And Alicia M. Richardson, Great bend. And a half brother Walter (Linda ) Weaver, Florida. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter at 1 P.M. with the Rev. William Bell officiating. There will no calling hours. Donations can be made to either the Pillar Point Fire Dept. or Hospice of Jefferson County.
