WATERTOWN, NY —  The Watertown Elks Lodge #496 will hold their annual Memorial Service at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, at the Watertown Elks Lodge, 728 Bradley St., Watertown, NY.   A luncheon will immediately follow the service in the banquet room.
