Thomas K. Brow

Thomas K. Brow, 68, of 626 Emerson St., Watertown, passed away August 27, 2021 at the Hospice Residence of Jefferson County at the Ellis Farm.

He was born on March 17, 1953 in West Carthage, NY son of Robert E. and Edna (Wheeler) Brow.  Thomas grew up in Carthage and was a family member of the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center, now known as ARC.  He resided in Ticonderoga for 25 years before moving to Watertown on June 19, 2021.

Thomas enjoyed going to church, basket weaving, painting, coloring, taking trips to the Dollar Store, listening to country and Christian music.  Most of all he loved playing on his tablet, his favorite holiday was Christmas, he always looked forward to spending time with family, friends and his girlfriend.

Among his survivors are his longtime girlfriend, June Neddo, of Ticonderoga; four sisters, Joanne (Buck) Petrie, Watertown, Cathy Crinklaw, Massena, Betty Taylor, Kentucky, Sandra R. Brow, Carthage; a brother, Clifford Brow and his companion and Thomas’s caregiver, Eve Reynolds, Watertown, several nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by four brothers, Harold, Richard R., Jimmy H. and Ronnie B. Brow; three sisters, Virginia Hubbard, Phyllis Brow, and Dianne B. Brow; and a niece, Jessica Tyre. 

A calling hour will be held Noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 31st at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home 117 N. Massey St., Watertown,

The funeral service will follow calling hours at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be held in the N. Watertown Cemetery.
